What is "Selling"? The activity people normally call "Selling" is: people like you and I, in trust and mutual cooperation, agree to exchange goods and services with each other.

Creating pathways to exceptional sales results is more than a matter of motivating people. It requires a shift in the context / paradigm or model of "selling" in your organization.

The question is -- what is the current model of "selling" in the business world -- and could we invent a new model or paradigm for "Selling" in our organizations that will give us the competitive edge to cause breakthrough sales results?

There are two ways to train someone to sell:

  1. Teach some proven set of techniques, and have the participants "do" role-playing, reinforcement until they can imitate or "do" the techniques to some degree of success; or
  2. Coach someone so that he or she is able to go beyond technique and bring forth trust, cooperation and commitment in sales.

Lots of people teach sales techniques - after selling by technique for a while most sales people find sales unsatisfying. In this program we will invent a new paradigm / context for "Selling" where you will discover how to bring satisfaction and commitment to serve into all your sales conversations - giving you the competitive edge to rapidly and simply produce breakthrough sales results.
