    1. Work in partnership with management to clarify the current issues, concerns and challenges.

    3. Develop specific outcomes and measurable results that when achieved would be a breakthrough for your company.
    4. Clarify and list all the current and possible obstacles to achieving the objectives.
    5. Create Breakthrough Project Teams. Align the teams behind the intended outcomes of the project.
    6. Conduct coaching programs to educate and coach people in the technology of producing breakthrough results such as:
      • Possibility thinking: The art of producing extraordinary results
      • Leadership, Management and Coaching the art of management
      • Breakthrough meeting management: Access to accomplishments
      • Transforming breakdowns in to breakthroughs: Dealing effectively with obstacles and problem
    7. Meet weekly with the Breakthrough Project Teams move the projects forward. Work with the teams until the breakthrough results are achieved repeatedly as an everyday pattern.
    8. Work in partnership with the management team to sustain the commitment to creating a High Performance Organization.
