Result vs. Accomplishment

Give a man a fish and he will eat one day. Teach man fishing and he will eat every day.

In the above analogy, the "Result" is catching a fish and the "Accomplishment" is learning how to fish.

Working with Organizational Transformation we produced beyond the norm results at KIPT. We increased efficiency from 58% to 67% and reduced scarp by 6%.

More importantly, we realized that we have learned how to "accomplish" breakthrough results in other areas of our work. They left behind the ability to accomplish results beyond what was possible before.

Leadership, management and coaching

As a general manager, I saw my role as a leader as one of support, motivation and problem solving. Being effective
