The Partnership for productivity program workshop is 30 to 36 hours of playful exploration and enlightening exercises in the form of intensive coaching that fully educates employees in the fundamental principles of communication, relationships, responsibility, integrity and building championship teams.

The workshop is transformational rather than informational. The outcome is the transformation of employees to stakeholders -- a team that is genuinely committed to each other and the future of the organization.
