In this Breakthrough leadership program the management team will generate breakthroughs in their leadership style and their relationships with each other. They leave the program being powerful and authentic leaders creating the environment that inspires people to action.

Participants will distinguish between Leadership, Management, and Coaching in a way that gives them access a new source of power to produce remarkable results significantly impacting bottom line profitability.
